S -- Laundry BPA

LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR DOVER AIR FORCE BASE: We are looking for a contractor to provide laundry and drycleaning services for Dover AFB under a Blanket Purchase Agreement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, contract manager, and any other items and services necessary to provide the laundry and dry cleaning services to Dover AFB. The service will be performed off base at the contractor's facilities. Be advised, the facilities should be close enough to meet a 48 hour delivery time. The resulting BPA(s) will be from 15 September 2006 through 14 September 2011. Payments will be made using the Government-wide Purchase Card (GPC). This opportunity is initially 100% set aside for small business. All prospective offerors must have a commercial and government entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
