The solicitation number for this announcement is W912NS-18-T-8002. The Government is seeking to identify qualified sources and their size classifications (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub Zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantaged, and woman owned small business. This is a sources sought to determine the availability of potential vendors. The USPFO Contracting Office for the Missouri National Guard is soliciting Capability Statement and Past Performance information from qualified and interested contractors to participate in a requirement for multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the USPFO-Missouri National Guard for catered meals as needed for drill weekends and annual training. The BPAs are anticipated to be a period not to exceed five years from date of contract award. There is a possibility multiple agreements may be made in response to this sources sought notification. This BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) shall cover the delivery of supplies & food to the locations specified on each delivery order. Orders against this contract will be placed using regional vendors. Vendors must have a distribution center within 150 mile radius of the location receiving the Catered Meals. Prospective Vendors must be registered in the SAM.GOV Database, lack of registration will make an offerer ineligible for award. Information on SAM registration can be obtained via internet at http://www.sam.gov. MINIMUM SERVING PORTION: Each meal for the Missouri National Guard, MUST include a minimum serving portion as indicated in the example below. Meal amounts are subject to change at any time due to mission requirements. Meals will be served by the unit not the vender unless mission requires it. Individual requirement changes will be discribed in each statement of work on an individual basis. BREAKFAST MEAL EXAMPLE MINIMUM: Two Eggs, Bacon (2 slices) or Sausage (3 links/patties), Biscuits & Gravy or toast or pancakes, Milk (8OZ) and coffee (8OZ) and Juice (5OZ) LUNCH MEAL EXAMPLE MINIMUM: Salad (1 cup), 6-8 ounces of cooked meat or entrée. Potato-baked/mashed/buttered (1 cup), Vegetables ( 1 cup ea), Dessert more complex than pudding or cookies, (for example: store bought cake or pie or something similar), Coffee (6 oz) and Tea (8oz), Bread or Roll (1 slice) and Butter DINNER MEAL EXAMPLE MINIMUM: Salad (1 cup), 6-8 ounces of cooked meat or entrée. The attached does not include all the Government Purchase Card (Credit card) purchases under $5,000.00. if the award is under $25,000.00 and there is an established BPA, payment will be using Government Purchase Card. All those over $25,000.00 will be a purchase Order and payment will be through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) NET30.
