Sources Sought / Request For InformationDESCRIPTION/GENERAL REQUIREMENT: This is a request for information only as defined in FAR 15.201(e). The government does not intend to award a contract from this announcement or to otherwise pay for the information solicited, but is seeking information on available sources capable of providing a three day anti-drinking and driving education program/performance using a hands-on format to include presentations as well as driving a true-to-scale drunken driving simulator from 5 May 2008 to 7 July 2008. The drunken driving simulator shall realistically depict delayed response time associated with over corrections while driving under the influence of alcohol. The simulator shall also connect to two (2) projections screens large enough to be seen by the entire audience: one (1) screen shall depict a "driver's view" of the simulator participant and one (1) screen shall depict a "helicopter's view" of the simulator participant.
