The Athletic Director agrees to provide the contractor with at least two days notice of the time and place for the requirement for an official to be present at Moody AFB. 2. The Athletic Director agrees to provide the contractor at least two hours notice prior to the scheduled starting time of a game in the event of cancellation. 3. Per AFI 34-266, officials will be certified through a national organization for each sport. National organizations include; Flag Football-National Touch and Flag Football; Basketball-National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA); Softball - Amateur Softball Association; Soccer-United States Soccer Association and Volleyball-United States Volleyball Association. Official Association must provide copies of certifications for each official 15 days prior to each sport. 4. Contractor agrees to provide all equipment necessary to perform their services other than the equipment normally supplied by the Fitness Center. 5. Contractor agrees that officials will be in place at Moody AFB at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. 6. Contractor agrees that any event, other than the first scheduled game of the day, not started, will not be paid for. 7. Contractor agrees to provide the Fitness Center a list of officials at least one week prior to scheduled event. 8. Contractor agrees that substitution of officials will be made in accordance with paragraph 3. 9. Official decisions will be governed by the following current rulebooks: National Touch and Flag Football; Basketball - National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA); Softball - Amateur Softball Association; and Volleyball - United States Volleyball Association (USVBA); Soccer - United States Soccer Association. 10. Officials will wear appropriate uniform as described in the rulebook or required by the Officials Association. 11. Contractor will provide officials per game as follows: Flag Football - four (4) officials and one (1) scorekeeper; Intramural Basketball - two (2) officials, scorekeeper and timekeeper; Varsity Basketball; three (3) officials, scorekeeper, and timekeeper; Volleyball ? two (2) officials and scorekeeper; Soccer - one (1) official and two (2) line judges, and scorekeeper; Softball-two (2) officials, one scorekeeper.. 12. There is no minimum number of games for officials to service. However, if officials are not notified at least two hours in advance of game cancellation (see paragraph 2), the officials will be paid for the first scheduled game only. If the first game is played and the subsequent games are cancelled prior to the starting time of the second game, the officials will be paid only for the first game (see paragraph 6). 13. Contractor will submit a detailed bill to the Fitness Center by the 10th day of the month for the previous month. The Fitness Center will pay the prior month bill no later than the last day of the month.
