This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice (market survey). This is not a request for quote (RFQ) or a request for proposal (RFP). This announcement is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Any information submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought synopsis shall be voluntary. Please keep in mind that the attached SOW does not define the final requirement. A list of questions for consideration is provided in addition to the SOW. The intent is to receive comments on the questions as well as determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses relative to the NAICS code 624410. The Small Business size standard for this NAICS code is $7.5M. To make an appropriate acquisition decision for this project, the Government may use responses to this sources sought notice. Large and Small Businesses are invited to answer this market survey and provide their contact information to determine market capabilities. Please provide the following information if your company is capable of providing the services listed in this Sources Sought: Company Name: Company Address: Company CAGE Code: Company DUNS number: Company Point of Contact (POC): POC Phone number: Web Page URL (if available) Small or Large Business - NAICS 624410: Small business size certification if applicable Capabilities Package (Not more than 10 pages) Response to questions regarding SOW: • Are you able to provide child care services for the 2019 AFSOC CARE Summit from 22 April 2019 through 25 April 2019 located at a hotel/resort within 50 miles of McGhee Tyson Airport (airport code TYS)? • Are you a certified Tennessee State Child Care facility, and are your personnel Tennessee Child Care Staff Credentials (CF-FSP) certified preferred, but not required? • Are you able to submit Criminal Background Records with no disqualifying information for the health and welfare for the care of children on all caregiver personnel working at the 2019 AFSOC C.A.R.E. Summit by contract award date? • Are you able to provide an activity plan 10 days prior? • Are you able to provide all educational videos, toys and games, equipment, and materials to entertain the children while providing childcare services? • Are you able to provide sufficient personnel to care for up to 30 children with ages ranging from infant to 15 years of age for the entire performance period? • Do you have any concerns with this requirement as outlined in the statement of work? • Are you able to meet all specifications included in the SOW? This synopsis does not constitute a Request for Quote/Proposal, nor does this issuance restrict the Government's acquisition approach. If the Government decides to award a contract for this effort, a solicitation will be issued at a later date.
