R--Interm 6 month for Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment

Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Vocational Rehabilitation & Employment service (VR&E) has a requirement for Interim VR&E Services (6 month base period with two 90-day option periods) for the Regional Office - Baltimore Regional Office and its surrounding areas. The solicitation may result in one or more contracts. The contract(s) will be performance based, fixed price; indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity. The solicitation will be issued as full and open procurement based on market research obtained from the Sources Sought notice VA-313-10-RP-0001. The services for this requirement include (1) Complete Initial Assessments/Evaluation, (2) Case Management, (3) Employment Services, (4) Educational and Vocational Counseling, and (5) Discrete Services. Prospective offerors must have established professional office space in the State of Maryland, within 50 miles of major metropolitan areas and within each 100-mile radius of jurisdictions served. Award(s) will be made based on the evaluation criteria established in the solicitation. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT DECEMBER 16, 2009.
