Joint Forces Headquarters, Topeka, KS is seeking SBA Total Small Business with current relevant experience, personnel, and capability to set up, maintain, and tear down a base camp in support of the Vigilant Guard exercise 2014 near Salina Kansas. The project if awarded under a contract will include supplying and erecting temporary lodging (tent city), portable latrines, shower trailers, and a temporary dining facility with such capacity to accommodate approximately 1100 personnel. The services will include maintenance of facilities, trash removal and operation of the dining facility for three daily meals. Meals costs should cost approximately $6.00 per person, per meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s) should be classified under is 624230, emergency and other relief services. The period of performance for the requirement is 04-08 August 2014. The proposed contract if awarded will be for a stand-alone project to responsible company with recent and relevant experience in previous projects dating back not more than six (6) years. Proposed teaming arrangements, 8a Mentor/Protege, or other partnering agreements shall identify clearly the primary offeror for determination of responsibility purposes.
