ORR/DUCS Therapeutic Staff-Secure Care Provider for UAC - Guadalupe County Juvenile Services

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Public Health Service (PHS), through the Program Support Center (PSC), Strategic Acquisition Service (SAS), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM), intends to award, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a sole source contract to Guadalupe County Juvenile Services, Sequin, TX. The goal of this acquisition is to provide for the care and placement of unaccompanied alien children (“UACs” or “child/children”) in the care of ORR and detained under the authority of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended. The Contractor must comply with State licensing regulations, applicable Federal regulations, the Flores Settlement Agreement and ORR/DUCS Policies and Procedures. This acquisition is being awarded under NAICS code 624221. This contract is for a 6-month period of performance with four 12-month option periods. No solicitation document is available at this time. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
