Specific geographic locations and numbers of patient placements cannot be accurately forecasted in advance due to the on-going change in demand for services. All potential nursing facilities must provide services based on Medicaid reimbursement amounts and comply with all Federal, State and local regulations and labor laws; to include the McNamara-Ohara Service Contract Act of 1965 and FAR 52.222-55 Minimum Wages Under Executive Order 13658. This notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
