The VAMC Bedford, MA currently has the need for a contractor(s) to provide Ambulance Services to its eligible beneficiaries to and from the VAMC Bedford, MA. Services include but not limited to the following: Basic Life Support (BLS)Advanced Life Support (ALS) or Critical Care transport Less than 10 minute response timeStationing of vehicles in a 5 mile radius of facilityMedical taxi to include driver/attendant to assist patient in and out of vehicleWheelchair van to include driver/attendant to assist patient in and out of vehicleAmbulance-Stretcher transport only Ambulance-Emergency transportAdditional attendantLife Flight This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding: (1) the availability and capability of qualified small business sources (2) whether they are Small Businesses; HUBZone Small Businesses; Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business; 8(a) Small Business; Veteran-Owned Small Businesses; Woman-Owned Small Businesses; or Small Disadvantaged Business; and (3) their size classification relative to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 62190, Size Standard $7.0 for the proposed acquisition. Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a set-aside is possible. An organization that is not considered a small business under the applicable NAICS Code should not submit a response to this notice.
