Q--Capitated Rates, Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC) Campbell County Tennessee

This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities. The Department of Veteran's Affairs (VISN9) is seeking potential qualified contractors to provide a Capitated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in Campbell County TN to service Campbell, Whitley and Scott Counties. It is estimated that between 6,000 and 7,000 veterans reside in this geographical area. The contractor shall furnish health care providers, medical facilities, equipment and supplies, emergency-fill pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative functions to fulfill the level of care and range of services necessary to meet the primary medical and mental health needs of enrolled patients. The contractor shall be responsible for the administration and management of all aspects of this contract and the health plan covered thereunder, including responsibility for all employees, agents, subcontractors and any other entity acting for or on behalf of the contractor.
