Q--IV INFUSION SERVICES for Las Vegas Nevada

The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Logistics office has a requirement for IV Infusion Services for Veterans in the following counties: NV - Nye, Clark; Arizona - Mohave County. The IV Infusion Services include, but are not limited to; 1.) Antibiotic Therapy, 2.) Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN), 3.) Hydration Therapy, 4.) Chemotherapy, 5.) Catheter Care, and 6.) Miscellaneous Infusion and Injectable Therapy, provided by licensed health care professionals as ordered by the medical staff of the VA. The IV Infusion agency must the requirements for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JC) standards. It's the VA's intention to solicit proposals on a competitive basis of Firm-Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The contract will include a base year (one year from date of award), with three (3) one-year renewal options that can be exercised at the option of the Government. This solicitation will be issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 15. NAICS is 621498, Size Standard $10.0 Million. 25% of the estimated acquisition requirement is set-aside for small business. 75% is unrestricted or non set-aside.
