The 355 Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to seek qualified businesses capable of fulfilling a requirement for all personnel, labor, parts, tools, lodging, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to provide the following personnel in support of two Physical Therapy/Injury Management/Prevention Programs also known as the Preservation of the Force and Family (POTFF): - Physical Therapists - Athletic Trainers - Strength and Conditioning Coach - Licensed Clinical Social Worker It is anticipated that one or more of each labor category will need to be provided at Tucson, AZ and Portland, OR. Past performance and continuity of personnel will be of the utmost importance to this requirement. As such the government at this time the government is seeking vendors that have specific history in filling positions that were or are in support of the special operations community or the professional or collegiate athletics community. In addition, companies will be required to have a strong history of retaining employees throughout the life of these requirements. The PWS attached to this notice is only a draft copy. It is provided only to give potential contractors a better picture of this requirement. In addition, anticipated position descriptions are attached for contractors to understand the level of contract employee being requested. The anticipated the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 621340 - Offices of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists, and Audiologists. The small business size standard for this NAICS Code is $7.5 Million or less. If a contractor believes another NAICS code maybe more applicable to this requirement please submit the proposed NAICS with reasoning why the suggested NAICS is more adequate.
