The Veterans Integrated Service Network #20 (VISN20) Logistics Office (653/Bldg. #3/ Rm. A305), located at 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97470-6523 is engaged in a sources sought to find qualified businesses including SDVOSB, 8(a), or HubZone for providing a mobile dental van for Dental Services. The contractor will provide a dental van that will include the necessary seating for two dental procedures (including lights, seat side amenities for minor dental procedures) and minor dental laboratory services. The VA will provide Staff for procedures and some equipment. Contractor shall also provide transportation to either the Eugene Community Based Outpatient Clinic(CBOC) located at 100 River Ave Eugene, OR 97404, Brooking CBOC located at 555 5th Street, Brookings, OR 97415, and Bandon CBOC located at 1010 1St St Suite 100, Bandon OR 97411.
