U--Foreign Language and Cultural Training Services for the Center for Information Dominance (CID)

The purpose of this modification to sources sought synopsis #N00189-16-R-Z027 is to answer recurring questions and clarify the purpose of the synopsis. This is a new requirement and, therefore, there is no incumbent. The customer currently orders language and culture training services from GSA Schedules when needed. It is intended to award a single award, FFP, IDIQ contract that the customer will use for all future language and culture training services in place of the current method; ordering from GSA schedules. The PWS for this proposed IDIQ contract is attached to the synopsis. The purpose of this sources sought synopsis is to determine the capabilities of interested parties in terms of their ability to perform the tasks listed in the PWS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS, NOT A SOLICITATION FOR ANY PROPOSALS, OFFERS, OR QUOTES and no contract shall be awarded from this synopsis. There is no page limit set for submissions.
