Arbinger Training

This requirement is for Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC), Fort Liberty, NC 28310 to receive a two-day workshop regarding the Arbinger method of conflict resolution.The interactive course must be punctuated by videos, individual and group exercises, one-on-one sharing, and application on job situations. Arbinger Institute is the sole owner and deliverer of Arbinger’s Outward Mindset series of training programs and possess proprietary rights. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials,transportation, supplies, supervision, labor, and non-personal services required to execute the training services described in this requirement.This is a non-personal services requirement for training and consultation with conflict resolution and transformation focus. This requiremnt must assist the facility to develop leaders, staff, teams and the entire organization to better maximize their effective way of conducting day-to-day operations.
