Integrated Solid Waste Management Contract at Yokota Air Base and Geographically Separated Units

This notice is for Sources Sought. This is not a request for proposals or invitation for bids. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform integrated solid waste management services including waste collection, transportation, segregation, disposal, recycling and non-recurring off-base incineration services for Yokota Air Base, Tama Service Annex, Tokorozawa Transmitter Site, Owada Communication Site and Momote Service Annex, Japan in accordance with Level of Service (LOS) standards, Yokota Air Base Recycling Program, applicable Japanese laws, pertinent regulations, and commercial practices. Firms wishing to obtain complete solicitation package upon release are requested to respond in writing to this notice to Ms. Tomoko Shioda, Contract Specialist, by e-mail at [email protected] NOTE: THIS REQUIREMENT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
