SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS), San Juan, Puerto Rico is conducting market research to identify potential sources on the following equipment and maintenance services: Provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to replace Access Control Panel and card readers. Access Control Panel and card readers are located at the Inpatient Pharmacy Main Building 2nd Floor. Contractor shall replace any part or equipment damaged during the removal storage or reinstallation phase with new and same quality parts or equipment unless otherwise specified by the VA Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Technical Representative. Contractor must ensure that new equipment is compatible with the C-Cure security System 800/8000 version 9.1. Program installed at all VA Facilities in Puerto Rico to monitor all access control. Labor and materials to install access control, and alarm system for OPA Pharmacy 2nd floor shall include the following, but not limited to: 1ea - AS00100-04 APC 8/x 8 readers controller panel 1 ea - AS0020-00 SWH star coupler module. 1ea - AS0063-00 APS power supply 1ea - DSC1832 DSC 8 zones alarm panel w /ALFA K P 2ea - TRM1100 Ethernet module RS232, RS485 3ea - HID-6125CGN000C-G.3 hid Iclass reader RP40N 1ea - rm-4 proximity personality module 1ea - KEY-CL2MC1802/16PP59 18/2 Stranded PVC/500' box 1ea - KEY-CL2MC2206/7S 22/6 Cond Strd. Shield 500' box 1ea - KEY-CL2MC2210/1 22/10 Cond Solid 500' box 1ea - Installation The awardee shall be registered in the System Award Management (SAM), with updated and active records. The applicable NAICS code for this procurement is 561621. The Small Business Size Standard is $19 million.
