Introduction This is a request for information (RFI) only - it does not constitute an Invitation for Bids (IFB), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quotes (RFQ). This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not commit the OCC to issue a solicitation (RFQ/RFP) or award a contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The OCC will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the respondents' expense. Those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback concerning its submission other than acknowledgement of receipt, if the submitter requests a request for acknowledgement. Background The OCC is publishing this notice to obtain additional information about court reporting services, including price differentials between digital/recorded court reporting and stenotype court reporting. Requirement Description The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) has a requirement for Court Reporting and/or Stenotype Services (including verbatim transcription services) to be provided on a nationwide basis, in the District of Columbia, and U.S. Territories. Transcription services include, but are not limited to, recording, transcribing, proofing, and delivering transcriptions of a wide variety of proceedings including, but not limited to, courthouse and/or legal proceedings, depositions, arbitration hearings, personnel grievances and appeals, conferences, and committee meetings. The OCC is seeking the following information about court reporting services: 1) Pricing for digital/recorded court reporting services. 2) Pricing for stenotype court reporter services. 3) Pricing for court reporter services if transcript delivery format is electronic only. 4) A description of the methods for remote depositions (i.e. video teleconferencing, webcam on the court reporter's laptop, etc.) and corresponding pricing. 5) An approximate percentage of court reporting services you provide that are digital/recorded and that are stenotype for government clients. 6) An approximate percentage of court reporting services you provide that are digital/recorded and that are stenotype for non-government clients. If applicable, determine pricing structure in consideration of the following delivery requirements: a. Regular Order . The Contractor shall deliver the Regular Order within 20 calendar days of the conclusion of a proceeding. b. Intermediate Order . The Contractor shall deliver the Intermediate Order within 10 calendar days of the conclusion of a proceeding. c. Expedited Order . The Contractor shall deliver the Expedited Order within five (5) calendar days of the conclusion of a proceeding. d. Overnight Order . The Contractor shall deliver the Overnight Order by 9:30 a.m. on the day following the proceeding. Submission Requirements Interested parties are requested to respond to this RFI with an electronic document that fulfills the requirements below. 1) Company Background - Provide summary information including company name, DUNS number, CAGE code, GSA Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract(s) or Government-wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) contract number(s) (if applicable), and designated point of contact's name, title, email address and phone number. 2) If applicable, small business classification under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561492 Court Reporting and Stenotype Services. 3) Solution and Service Overview - Describe services available through your organization and provide a statement of capability demonstrating your ability to meet the requirements outlined in the requirement description. Describe any other tasks/services you think are essential to the project as described. 4) Price Lists or Catalogs/Pricing/-Provide price lists or catalogs. If applicable, provide information on volume discounts, prompt payment discounts, contract financing, and payment methodology.
