Temporary Clerical Services

The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for temporary clerical services. The attached Performance Work Statement and DD 1423 Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) describe the services that the NRL require. Any interested party should reference the attached documents and submit capabilities statements in accordance with those documents. This is neither a request for formal Request for Proposals (RFP) or quotes. The Government will not reimburse any costs associated with the development and submission of materials in response to this request. There is no solicitation available at this time. However, should such a requirement materialize, no basis for claims against NRL shall arise as a result of a response to this Request for Information (RFI) or NRL's use of such information as either part of our evaluation process or in developing specifications for any subsequent requirement. Any solicitation resulting from this requirement will be an 8(a) set-aside. Firms that submit capabilities statements must demonstrate that they are in the 8(a) program along with the duration of their certification. Please reference the Place of Contract Performance block below and the PWS for the places of performance that NRL requires services.
