Child Care and Early Education Policy and Research Analysis 1.0 General Information: Disclaimer: This Request for Information (RFI) is issued solely for information and planning purposes (market research). All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. Proprietary information or trade secrets shall be clearly identified. 2.0 Description: The mission of the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) within the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is to foster health and well-being by providing federal leadership, partnership and resources for the compassionate and effective delivery of human services. The mission of the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation (OPRE) is to study the ACF programs and the children and families they serve through rigorous research and evaluation projects. The purpose of the Child Care and Early Education Policy Research Analysis (CCEEPRA) project is to conduct research to answer questions identified by the Office of Planning, Research, and Evaluation in the Administration for Children and Families that will inform the activities of programs providing child care and early education (CCEE) services to children and families in households with low incomes, especially those eligible for, or participating in, the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) child care subsidy program in states, territories, and tribes, including children in underserved areas, infants and toddlers, children with disabilities, and children receiving care during nontraditional hours. 3.0 Information Requested: The Government is seeking industry feedback to the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the attached RFI questions. Hard copy responses will not be accepted. The Government will not accept company literature or marketing materials. All information in response to this RFI that is marked proprietary will be handled accordingly. The Government shall not be liable for or suffer any consequential damages for any proprietary information not properly identified.
