SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE Description of Requirement: Administration for Children and Families (ACF) Office of Government Contracting Services (GCS) is posting this Sources Sought Notice for the purpose of locating capable businesses, that are TRIBALLY-OWNED 8(a) COMPANIES (as described below), to provide training and technical assistance services for the Administration for Native Americans western regional office(s). It is anticipated to be awarded for a base period of one-year, with four one-year options to extend the period of performance for a total of five years. A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is attached hereto. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the services described in the attached PWS. All professionals providing services under the terms of this contract will be appropriately certified and/or licensed as described in the PWS and shall possess the requisite skills and experience to perform the services as required. Contractor shall not perform inherently governmental functions. This Sources Sought is an advance notice for information and planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the government.
