D -- Army Training and Doctrine Development Configuration/Training and Doctrine Development Tool (TDDC/TDDT) of ATIA

Update 6, The requirement previously known as Army Training and Doctrine Development Configuration/Training and Doctrine Development Tool (TDDC/TDDT) is formally changed to Army Training Development Capability (TDC). This update provides a draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) with enclosures; Draft Milestone Schedule; other previously released background information and attachments; an updated STOC prime contract POC list and an updated Industry Conference Attendee list which includes corrected email addresses as well as other interested contractor information. Industry feedback concerning the draft documentation is highly encouraged. This effort will be set-aside for Small Business under Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) Omnibus Contract (STOC). This effort will be solicited across all domains under STOC. The RFP number selected for this effort is N61339-07-R-0023. STOC permits flexible teaming arrangements enabling the Soldier to receive the best products and services that industry has to offer. Currently, there are 33 prime contractors under the STOC vehicle.
