DESCRIPTION: This is a Sources Sought announcement. There is no RFQ/RFP currently available, however, the Agency anticipates an RFQ/RFP announcement shortly following interest received. The Veterans Benefits Administration Central Office (VBACO), Office of Mission Support, Acquisition Division, Washington, DC, is conducting market research to determine the existence of licensed SDVOSB real estate brokers who can provide lease acquisition services for the Veterans Benefits Administration Central Office (VBACO) in accordance with the following: STANDARD BROKER SERVICES: Product or Service Code: R402 NAICS Code: 531210 OFFICES OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND BROKERS SIC code: 653101 LOCATION OF PROPOSED LEASE: Saipan, MP 96950, Mariana Islands.
