The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 8,135 rentable sq. ft in Corinth, Mississippi within the following delineated area: North: Shiloh Road South: Harper Road East: Harper Road West: Fulton The space should yield between 7,074 Ansi/BOMA office area square feet. Thirty-five (35) on-site, surfaced parking spaces are required. Additional parking must be commercially available with a radius of two blocks. The proposed lease will be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. If an existing building is proposed, the space must be ready for occupancy within six months from receipt of approved design intent drawings. If new construction is proposed, the space must be ready no later than one year from receipt of approved design intent drawings.
