X -- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks to Lease Office Space in Hillsborough County, Florida

The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 69,000 rentable sq. ft in Hillsborough County, Florida. The space must yield 60,000 ANSI/BOMA office area sq. ft. Surfaced Parking is required for at least two hundred (200) vehicles. The space must be located within the following delineated area: All portions of Hillsborough County, Florida that do not lie in an evacuation zone for Category Five (5) Hurricanes with access from MacDill Air Force Base not requiring the crossing of water-spanned bridges. Space shall be located 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus like atmosphere or 2) on an attractively landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well maintained and in consonance with a professional image. Adequate eating facilities shall be located within one mile of the space. Other employee services such as retail shops, cleaners, banks, etc. shall be located within two miles. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 2006.
