The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 37,246 ABOASF. Minimum ABOA square feet: 37,246 Maximum ABOA square feet: 39,108 The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years firm. The space must be available for occupancy by July 2014. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
