Solicitation Number: AG-3187-L-14-0001 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: The United States Government and USDA Forest Service currently hold a lease expiring on March 31, 2014, and seek to lease approximately 250 rentable square feet (rsf) of office space in Jackson, Wyoming, yielding a minimum of 225 square feet of ANSI/BOMA office space. The Government requires a private office with locking door, a minimum of 1 parking space for employee, and must be located within the following delineated area: Within the city limits of Jackson, WY. Space must meet National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requirements and Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS) design requirements developed under the Architectural Barriers Act (ABA). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Proposed lease is for 5 years, 5 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy by no later than April 1, 2014. The Government is interested in considering alternative space if it would be economically advantageous. The Government will consider relocation costs of a physical move, and voice and data systems move when deciding whether it should relocate or pursue a sole-source acquisition.
