The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Ann Arbor, MI that will be expiring. The Government will consider alternative space if it is economically advantageous. In making a determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that can potentially satisfy the above requirement as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, i.e. physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, information technology and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking capable sources that have existing buildings that can provide leased space within the following constraints: State: Michigan - City: Ann Arbor Delineated Area: North: US14/23, South: Geddes Avenue, East: Dixboro Road & West: U.S. 23 Required Rentable Square Foot: 13,627 - Space Type: Office - Parking Spaces: 80 Full Term: 10 Years - Firm Term: 3 Years - Option Term: 7 Years A fully serviced lease is required, offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain and the space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the lease.
