Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Oklahoma City, OK. The Government request office and related space yielding a minimum of 1,100 to a maximum of 1,256 ANSI/BOMA office area and 4 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be in the Livestock Sale Barn at the Oklahoma City Stockyard and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
