L--Developing a Statement of Work for a Third-Pary Administrator of the Department of Defense Nonappropiated Fund Health Benefits Program.

The U.S. Army at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR), New Mexico has a requirement to identify sources who are experienced in the developement of a Statement of Work (SOW) for a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) contract for the Department of Defense (DoD ) Nonappropriated Fund Health Benefits Program (NAF HBP). The contractor must have expertise in the area of employee health benefits. We are looking for companies that can meet specifications and delivery stated on the Statement of Work located on our we bpage at http://www.wsmr.army.mil/docpage/pages/sol_stat.htm Companies must have a proven system already in place and use DoD's draft SOW as a foundation. The contractor shall make recommendations for improvments to the draft SOW, based upon knowledge of the health benefits field and TPA best practices.
