R -- Accountable Property Officer Support

The Defense Information Systems Agency is seeking interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned sources for the following requirement: To establish a Real Property, Facilities and Accountable Property Officer (APO) Support Business/Financial Systems Improvement Services Management Team. The objective is to provide additional APO's to control and improve property management capability within DISA. This effort will also assist in identification of strategy, processes and procedures to receive, account and report real property, personal property and other asset information for property accountability purposes. The services to be provided under this contract encompass the following functional areas: Property management and accountability, property management policy and procedural development, property accountability and DPAS training to DISA property and receipt holders, information technology and information management policy development, and systems operations for specific DISA organizational elements within the National Capital Region (NCR). DISA anticipates a one-year contract with two full-time personnel. Minimum requirements of three years experience as an accountable property officer with at least two of those years with DOD, and applicable bachelors degree.
