BULK FUEL STORAGE

The amount of information available for publication at this time is limited. This notice is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 10. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy, Bulk Petroleum Services CONUS COCO Storage & Lab Testing-FESBC seeks a potential Defense Fuel Support Point (DFSP) for Commercial ultra-low sulfur diesel fuel (clear). The area of consideration must be within the state of Washington vicinity, no further south of Longview, WA, east of Chehalis, WA, and no further north of the Copalis Crossing, WA and the western Pacific border coastline. The entire product may be stored at one or multiple locations with no less than 10,000 gallons (238 barrels) capacity at each location. The maximum storage capacity requirement is 60,000 gallons (1428 barrels) shell capacity. If multiple locations are proposed, each facility must be capable of receiving, storing, and shipping operations.
