U.S. Customs and Border Protection is publishing this Soughts Sought to determine if there is a Relocation Management Service Contractor whose current marketing strength/policy can supply relocation management services that align with CBP?s current relocation policy. FSC Codes is V301 and NAIC code is 484210. CBP is seeking a contractor, either on GSA Schedule 48 or on an open market basis who can provide the following relocation services: Relocation Service to include Guarantee Home Sale and Amended Home Sale: For the purpose of this Sources Sought advertisement, the Contractor must, when providing Guarantee Home Sale service, pay off the mortgage in full and take the client's home into inventory; Property Management Services; International Moving Services; Movement Management Services; Relocation Software and automation/technology that assist in tracking, managing and reporting statistics of relocation moves; Dedicated and knowledgeable Customer Service capable of handling variable number of moves. In FY 2007, CBP relocation moves numbered approximately 1100 of which 300 were considered to be international. CBP requested approximately 57 Guarantee Home Sales for FY 2007. CBP's average home price was approximately $300,000.00.
