Sources Sought Synopsis Moving Services BPA Contract This market survey is being conducted to identify potential sources that may possess the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet the requirements in order to successfully be considered and compete for the chance to be awarded the contract to provide technical resolutions for packing, containerization and local drayage of direct procurement method (DPM) personal property shipments improving operational performance for the JPPSO-COS group. Due to the high degree of expertise and functionality required for these services, a successful offer must be able to provide services with a minimum of 5 years of moving and storage services. 1.
