QUESTIONS FOR INDUSTRY: What is the typical range of a tugboat pulling 90-180 tons? What is the typical lead time for scheduling services? What is your company’s capacity? What is your company’s service area? Pricing: how does your company quote and invoice? This “sources sought” is a Request For Information (RFI) from industry for tugboat barge services throughout Southeast Alaska. The Government is contemplating awarding either a single or a multiple award contract for barging services.
