V -- Air transportation services for the movement of 200 passengers and baggage/cargo originating and terminating at the below locations over a two year period

SOURCES SOUGHT: This sources sought notice is issued for information and planning purposes only. AMC is interested in obtaining responses from prospective contractors, but no contractor shall be reimbursed for providing this information. The Government is soliciting information to determine the availability and interest of capable contractors that can perform the following requirement. Air transportation services for the movement of 200 passengers and baggage/cargo originating and terminating at the below locations over a two year period:NAS Oceana (Virginia) to NAS North Island (San Diego)5 trips; NAS Oceana to NAS Fallon (Nevada) 2 trips; NAS Lemoore to NAS North Island 10 trips; NAS Lemoore NAS North Island 4 trips; MCAS Cherry Point (North Carolina) to NAS North Island 5 trips; MCAS Cherry Point to NAS North Island 2 trips; NAS Whidbey Island (Washington State) NAS North Island 5 trips; NAS Whidbey Island NAS Fallon 2 trips; NAS North Island NAS Fallon 2 trips; NAS Point Mugu (Southern California)to NAS North Island 5 trips NAS Point Mugu to NAS Fallon 1 trip. Services will be on an as required basis for the deployment and redeployment of 200 passengers and 10,000 lbs of cargo. Desire is to have one aircraft conducting the transportation but multiple trips and/or multiple aircraft can facilitate lift. However, all passengers and cargo must be moved in one day. Cargo may consist of baggage, aircraft support equipment, HAZMAT (lubricants and oils), guns and training missiles. Please provide (1) type aircraft and capacity; (2) approx price per charter, hour, or great circle statute mile; (3) how far in advance must we schedule; (4) cancellation policy. This agency has not made a final commitment to procure the stated requirement and this sources sought notice should not be construed as a commitment or authorization to incur costs in anticipation of such procurement.
