This Sources Sought and Request for Information (RFI) is being issued as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in-and ability to support-a Contractor Operated Civil Engineer Supply Store (COCESS) at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. The results of this market research will be used to assist in acquisition planning and strategy as well as identify potential responsible sources. This is not a solicitation or Request for Proposals, nor should it be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. 2. PROGRAM DETAILS The Air Force anticipates awarding a one (1) base year and four (4) option year contract for COCESS services at Al Udeid AB, Qatar. *Please see attached Draft Statement of Work. 3. RESPONSE INSTRUCTIONS The Government requests that interested parties submit the following information: 1. Statement of Interest: Include company name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, CAGE code and DUNS number (if applicable), and point of contact information. 2. Statement of Capability: Provide a brief overview of the company's capabilities, the dollar value and description of recent projects (within the past three years), as well as any relevant experience working with the United States Government. Note: Interested parties are hereby notified that any solicitation and/or award issued in regards to the subject requirement will be restricted to companies possessing a current, valid Qatar Commercial Registration issued by the Ministry of Business and Trade.
