Notice of Intent Bulk Diesel Station, Moab, Utah

The National Park Service contemplates issuing a sole source contract in the form of a purchase order as a 100% Total Small Business set-aside to purchase approximately 1200 gallons total of bulk unleaded and diesel fuel monthly from April to September 2012 in Moab, Utah. The bulk station award is contemplated for the only known bulk station site in Moab, Utah, is able to consistently have available this quantity of fuel and is able to produce monthly consolidated billing for Park vehicles. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, interested firms or persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All proposals received within 18 days after date of publication of this announcement will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract (purchase order) based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
