Sources Sought USDA APHIS WS is seeking distributors for the following list of explosives to be used for wildlife management services throughout several states. In some cases a fully funded Purchase Order would be issued but delivery of the entire order could not be received at one time due to storage restrictions, and call/delivery orders would be necessary when use is required.
