Supply of food commodities for distribution in the Republic of the Marshall Islands and/or the Federated States of Micronesia.

As part of its international response to humanitarian emergencies, USAID’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), in coordination with the Governments of the Republic of the Marshall Islands and the Federated States of Micronesia, is considering providing food assistance to increase the coping capabilities of populations adversely affected by moderate to severe drought conditions brought on by El Niño weather patterns.
