This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is a survey to locate potential sources of supply for the products discussed. This is NOT a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. DLA Troop Support - Philadelphia, Subsistence Supply Chain, Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) CONUS Division is seeking to identify sources that could support three (3) customer locations in the North Central Michigan and surrounding areas with Class I food and beverage items from a full line or broad line food distributor. The customers are the U.S. Army National Guard (NG) at Camp Grayling, MI; Battle Creek, MI Air National Guard (ANG); and Alpena CRTC Air National Guard (ANG). These locations are interested in receiving full line or broad line distribution of Class I food and beverage items, consisting of Perishable, Semi-Perishable, Market Fresh, and Produce. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any products as a result of this inquiry. All information is submitted voluntarily. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice. If any solicitation would result it would be synopsized on the FedBizOpps website and it would be the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps website for any future synopsis / advertised acquisitions. This is a Request For Information (RFI). There is no solicitation available at this time. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information provided to the Government. This RFI does not constitute a commitment by the Government. Any information provided in response to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only and will not be released. Any proprietary information submitted will be protected if appropriately marked. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. The purpose of this RFI is to conduct Market Research to identify potential Prime Vendor sources of supply to support interested customers in the North Central Michigan and Surrounding Areas Zone. Alpena, CRTC MI ANG The following are the support preferences for each customer location to consider: 1). CAMP GRAYLING NG => May - August deliveries are 2-3 times per week. => November - March deliveries are once per month. => October is (4) deliveries per month. => Perishable, Semi-Perishable, Market Fresh (Dairy & Bakery), and Produce items are requested. => AM deliveries are preferred. 2). BATTLE CREEK ANG => One (1) delivery per month at one (1) location. => Preferred delivery day is Thursday AM. => Some requests for non-gluten items, vegetarian meals, heat & serves, and some organic items. 3). ALPENA ANG => 3-4 deliveries days per week. => using a regular SPV STORES catalog. => Delivery location at Alpena Dining Facility (DFAC) => Preferred delivery time is AM.
