Request for Information Third Party Medical Commodities Logistics (3PL) for Peace Corps

This RFI describes the Peace Corps' basic requirement and requests input on how the pharmaceutical/ medical supply industry can provide improved support to our Posts and ultimately Peace Corps Volunteers. The Peace Corps solicits comments which address: the feasibility of such a contract, the extent to which industry can meet the Government's requirements, the suggested contract type and line item structure, the acquisition approach, strategies for implementation, potential challenges, program management, pricing strategies, potential costs, process maps, etc. If applicable, we request that you include any examples you may have to illustrate capacity to support civilian industry or non-governmental organizations overseas in a similar scope as this requirement. This RFI is being issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this RFI. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of submission of responses to this RFI and the Government's use of such information. If any information is proprietary please mark it as such but request as much information as possible to aid in the drafting of our requirement in a resulting RFP to be issued publicly.
