This is an attempt to complete market research and to determine a level of sufficient competition for a Track Type Tractor Dozer. Requirement: See attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Customer currently utilizes a Caterpillar D5K2 XL Tractor; which meets all of the SOW requirements.
