The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC), Nogales Field Office is seeking qualified businesses that can provide three (3) self-priming pumps, trailer mounted that meet the Product Descriptions below to address flood or other emergency within the Nogales Field Office operating area. As part of its market research, the USIBWC is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested small businesses capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential small business sources as part of USIBWC market research. No Request for Quote (RFQ) exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the RFQ. NO AWARD will be made from this Sources Sought Notice. Particularly, the purpose of this NOTICE is to gain knowledge of potential sources that have the ability to provide quality products, that will aid in a flood emergency.
