Sources Sought: This is a Sources Sought announcement seeking only qualified Small Business responses in order to determine Small Business and/or other socioeconomic (8a/HubZone/SDVOSB) set aside action for this acquisition. The Army Contracting Command Center Ft Dix, NJ intends to procure supplies for Ft Devens, MA. The supplies sought include 155 Ea Microfridges with installation, Intirion Corporation PN 4.8MF-9TP (or equal); 30 Ea Front Load Washers, Maytag PN MHN30PRBWW (or equal), and 30 Ea Super Capacity Dryers, Maytag PN MDE25PRAYW (or equal) to be delivered to Ft Devens, MA 01434. Responses are ONLY requested from vendors capable of providing all requested items. The designated NAICS Code is 423620, with a small business size standard of 100 personnel. Your response shall include the following information: socioeconomic status of company (i.e., 8(a), HUBZONE, WOSB, Veteran Owned, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned, etc.), company CAGE code, and if you provide an or equal product, the manufacturer and manufacturer part number. Responses shall be limited to 4 pages and emailed to

IF A SOLICITATION IS ISSUED IT WILL BE ANNOUNCED AT A LATER DATE IN A SEPARATE ANNOUNCEMENT, and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the site frequently for any updates and amendments to any and all documents. All potential offerors are reminded, in accordance with FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration, lack of registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), now System for Award Management (SAM), will make an offeror ineligible for contract award.
