The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), University Drive C, Pittsburgh, PA 15240, intends to negotiate with LACO Inc., 8596 Mayfield Road, P.O. Box 666, Chesterland, OH 44026 on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 for an MP-3 Remote Controlled 3D Water Phantom. The Water Phantom will work in conjunction with the Tomotherapy QA system measuring dose distribution of radiation beams. LACO provides all components of the QA system ensuring uniformity of equipment. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature to the Contracting Officer no later than September 29, 2008 by 2:00 PM. Responses should be sent to
