The purpose of this Request for Offer is to seek competent and qualified contractors to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary for the Design and Fabrication, of one (1) 10’ x 20’ fiberglass engine generator building in support of the RTR in Monterey, CA, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423390, Fiberglass Building.
