Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, insurance, notifications, license, permits, fees and supervision necessary for the Design and Fabrication, Delivery and Off Load of one (1) 8’ x 10’x11’ fiberglass building in support of the PAPI and REIL at Nome Airport in Nome, Alaska, in accordance with the specifications, contract clauses, terms, conditions and wage rates. NOTE: BUILDING MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE PORT OF NOME NO LATER THAN AUGUST 5, 2017. This is a Small Business Set Aside. Small businesses competing for this acquisition shall certify their status on the Business Declaration form inserted following Part IV, Section K. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 423390, Fiberglass Building. Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and certified 8(a) contractors are encouraged to submit a request for this project.
