STATEMENT OF NEED Lebanon VA Medical Center Title of Project: The Lebanon VA Laboratory Services requires ventilated tissue storage cabinets. Scope of Work: The vendor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of need (SON), except as may otherwise be specified. The contractor shall provide four (4) ventilated tissue storage cabinets and all accessories. Background: The Lebanon VA Medical Center is in the final stages of construction of a new laboratory to accommodate expansion of services in Pathology. Histology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Urinalysis, and COVID 19 testing modalities. Performance Period: Delivery shall occur within 30 days of contract award with a need date of 01/15/2023, in coordination with the COR. Type of Contract: Firm Fixed Price General Requirement: The Lebanon VA Laboratory requires four (4) brand-name or equal to Mopec Ventilated Tissue Storage Cabinets and all accessories.
